Refund & Cancellation Policy

Aply provides digital services and subscription-based access to certain premium features. Because these services are delivered digitally, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been used.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact hello@aply.com and we will review your request.

Users may cancel their Alix+ subscription at any time. If a subscription is cancelled, access to Alix+ will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the following billing cycle.

Aply reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
